In memory of family and friends who have lost the battle with cancer; and in support of the ones who continue to conquer it! Post this on your LJ if you know someone who has or had cancer. 93% won't copy and paste this. Will you?

I cannot say no, my mom had cancer and survived.
W also participate in an association who fights against cancer by helping people who can't afford the medicines or the necessary studies for detecting it or checking if they have cancer..

I will copy it and paste it with pleasure.

I'm sorry your mom had cancer but that's so amazing that she survived.

Like many people around us I've lost some loved ones to Cancer.

My grandpa died of Lung Cancer a few years ago, My other Grandpa died from a battle with Leukemia and my step grandpa died of a brain tumor. One of my Grandma's was diagnosed with cancer but she luckily survived.

That's really sad to hear, Cancer is a very evil disease.

I'm glad you grandma could survive. I think the only thing we can do is helping the best way we can...

I'm so sorry to hear about your aunt, it seems like everyone has been touched by cancer.

She passed in 1977 so I have very little memories of her, but colon cancer is still hard to beat. And my grandma had breast cancer in the 50s which meant mastectomy-no other choice. We've come a long way, but have way more to go.
